Consider this: 1 - the scales aren't accurate (it happens!!) 2 - you've just got 'heavy bones', being a strong Entlebucher and all 3 - a human puppy has growing spurts - for a while they grow faster physically and then they make a lot of progress in learning stuff while their weight stays the same. Could be it works like that for you as well?!
You don't look overweight to me. Mind you, I weigh 30kg.
